Chimp – This Fear of Knowledge

My mind expands outward, from shadow to brightness
Trembling from this unfamiliar emerging lightness…

Rick Landers is a singer-songwriter (guitar), who is the publisher of Guitar International magazine and has interviewed such musical legends as Les Paul, Slash, Jimmy Webb, Judy Collins, Robert Cray, Roger McGuinn, Scotty Moore, and more. He performs in Northern Virginia and is writing a children series of books. He also served as the Deputy Assistant Inspector General of Communications for the Office of the Inspector General, Department of Defense. He has also published books about the groups Bad Company and Free, a book on the Blues called “The Language of the Blues” and co-wrote “Press Releases for the Practical Musician” with Dr. Matthew Warnock. Rick lives in Reston, with his wife, Terry, two dogs (Rebel and Jeep) and two cats (Harley and Digit). Rick also hosts Blue Melody Concerts, a house concert series in Reston, Virginia with ASCAP and Grammy award winners performing. Last October he was the featured singer-songwriter at ArtSpace Herndon.
