    I admire this technical format. Reading instructions is something I find relaxing. Having such a heavy subject put into such a calculated form is compelling, and suggests that even all the disparate, broken thoughts from a trauma have a place where they can be sorted and understood clearly. Thank you for sharing!

      Thank you so much! I am a Quaker and a psychologist specializing in trauma – this poem synthesized all that thinking and feeling I had been inundated with at the time I wrote it.
