Group Project – First Setback

June 6, 2013

Yesterday, we lost our first participant – our French poet. No reason given.  Could have been language, though I don’t think so.  Though I don’t know her, she seemed young from her picture on LinkedIn.  Or perhaps she was intimidated by everyone’s introductions — teachers and and professionals. Not sure, but I’m disappointed. It takes away from the international flavor, though we still have our German poet.

The process, otherwise, is going slowly. We are still waiting for introductions from five participants and I don’t want to begin until we hear from everyone. Since this is taking place in cyberspace, I think this is the least we can do to get to know a little about each other. So I’m trying to push that along. I fear though that we may lost momentum and interest.  Plus I’m anxious to get started.

Onwards, as Susan Bright, my publisher from Plain View Press who passed away a couple of years go, would say.
